Where are your products designed?
Our artwork is created by Fawnora Studio in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Where are orders made and shipped from?
Our made-to-order products are manufactured and shipped by our production partner in Yiwu, China.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3–5 business days after an order is confirmed. Quality-control issues can occasionally add 1–2 business days.
How long does U.S. delivery take?
Standard delivery generally takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Including production, most orders are expected to arrive in approximately 9–17 business days. Express delivery generally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, or approximately 8–13 business days including production.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification might not be possible after production has started.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@fawnorastudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, shipping label, and packaging so we can review the issue.
Are the designs original?
Yes. Fawnora Studio products feature original artwork created by our studio.
