Order Processing

All products are made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days after payment and order confirmation. Quality-control issues may occasionally add 1–2 business days.

Shipping Origin

Orders are produced and shipped by our trusted production partner.

United States Delivery

Standard tracked shipping normally takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Including production, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 9–17 business days.

Express tracked shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Including production, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–13 business days.

These estimates are not guaranteed. Seasonal demand, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and incorrect delivery information may affect delivery times.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been produced and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Address Changes

Please contact support@fawnorastudio.com immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has started.

Customs and Import Charges

Any applicable customs and import terms will be displayed at checkout or communicated before shipment. Customers will not be asked to pay charges that were already collected by Fawnora Studio.
